Guess what I'm doing? I'm washing clothes right now. Yippeeee!!!!!! Soon I will have fresh smelling laundry. Yes, Candi, There really is a Santa Clause.. I'll probably be washing clothes all night and well into the morning but it has to be done. It's almost Christmas and I have to get on the ball and do something instead of sulking day and night because nothing is going my way.. hmm, maybe chocolate will help.. |

Geez Whiz My dear friend Lisa had her car hit yesterday by some guy. It was a new car too and luckily she had just parked her car and had not gotten out or she would have been hit too.. Someone was watching out for her yesterday and I'm so thankful. I love my girl! We are still waiting for the plumber.. *sigh* It's making me depressed and I'm in such a holiday mood. Dad is baking his famous bread and I've been dusting and cleaning up. I have all the presents wrapped and in an hour I'm going to sort everything and place them under the dining room tree so when people come I can hand them out. I need them out of my bedroom anyways because my room is a mess. Last night I was making wreaths in bed and what a mess.. Ahh!! I was too lazy to sit at the table and do it and now the bedroom floor is filled with glue globs and ribbons and bows and twigs.. tehe.. I'm so messy but I was feeling sookie and I didn't want to leave my room... |

I shopped til I dropped... and I had to shop some more because I wasn't finished. As of right now, I think I have everything done. My hubby wants to go shopping again though. I'll probably send him on by himself because he wants to get me something extra.. tehe. Gotta love him! The malls were crowded last night. Everywhere I turned there was someone banging in to me.. Grrrrr.. I watch where I'm going, I don't know why people don't watch where they are going... First my hubby and I went grocery shopping. I had to pick up the veggies and flour and some more ingredients for cookies because the first batch I made were eaten right away. We brought the groceries home and I left again to finish the shopping. I didn't want my hubby there because I was buying his gifts and I wanted to surprise him. He hates surprises and I'm such a tease. I keep giving him hints and he gets mad.. tehe.. I wrapped almost everything and later I have to get everything sorted because we have so many family and friends gifts that I have such a mess in my room I don't know where anything is. I hoping and my fingers are corssed when I type this that the plumber will come back today and finish off the work on the pipes so we can hook up the washer. We are out of towels and clothes now after the whole week of being up to our ankles in water and bodily fluids. I'll be washing non stop for the next week but as long as I can get it all cleaned up, I'll be happy.. |

Rant..... I ordered a digital camera from the shopping club. It was late getting here and when I received it the cd was broken. I can't find any place to get drivers for the camera so right now it is useless. I have to send it back which means I am out of the $$$ I spent for the camera and I have nothing to show for it because I won't get the money back until after Christmas.. Grrrrrrrrrrr..Bad Shopping club.. Bad!!! |

I didn't sleep well I thought I'd sleep like a baby after showering and feeling peaceful but I was awake half the night tossing and turning. Maybe, I was too clean.. tehe!! I'm in guestbook/tagboard mode today and will be for the next few days. All my committees are done for the holidays and I now have time to spend visiting everyone and saying hi.. It's a Christmas Miracle I am clean!!! Take a sniff!! tehe!!! We finally have running water and use of the potty!!! Woo hoo!!! It is indeed a Christmas miracle. We don't have the washer hooked up yet but hopefully tomorrow we can get everything done. We have a huge hole in the wall in the downstairs bathroom and a hole in the floor where the toilet was. In the work room we have another huge hole in the floor but do I care? Nope! I'm just happy to be clean and to be able to wash the dishes and flush the toilet! It's funny yah know, I was so worried about Christmas and getting everything done and this week we did nothing but sit around and stink. Not think, I really meant to type stink. I'm so behind but I could care less. I'm clean and I can use the bathroom whenever I want! It is indeed a Christmas miracle |

My father and baby brother What is the worst present you have ever received? My Mom bought me green socks.. What is the best present you have ever received? When I was a kidlet my Mom bought me a Barbie closet and made dresses to fill the closet. It was awesome. The clothes were beautiful. I can't take it anymore If we soon don't get our water and sewage back I am going to lose my mind. We can't afford to go to a motel and stay for a few nights because we have pets and I don't want to sit around in a tiny room with nothing at all to do. Sure, we'll have water and be able to use the bathroom but nothing else. At least here we can mope around and watch tv and nap for half the day. I'm so sick and I'm tired and I feel like I've been beaten down. I have no energy and I don't know what to do with myself. I'm so confused. Yesterday I kept making mistakes. I tried to make oatmeal for myself and didn't even boil the kettle. I wondered why it tasted so cold but couldn't figure it out. This is so horrible. I don't know how people coped in the olden days without water and toilets. I don't think I could.. If they don't come today to do the work I don't know what I'm going to do. |
